This presentation will consist of a brief didactic review of the feminist model of psychotherapy supervision followed by excerpts from a DVD of a live session of supervision in which this model is demonstrated. We will focus on ways in which the feminist emphasis on power analysis and the goal of creating an egalitarian relationship in the supervision distinguish the feminist model from other supervisory approaches.
